2. How to request a refund

Refund requests must be made within the guarantee window for your plan.
We may ask you to complete basic troubleshooting so we can identify and resolve the issue.
Refunds are not available for problems caused by your own internet connection, hardware, or incompatible third-party applications.
The guarantee does not cover a simple change of mind after extensive use of the service.

4. How refunds are paid
