This template is provided to help you get started and is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by a qualified solicitor and complete every [bracketed] field before publishing.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of streaminuk.co.uk and any subscription you purchase from [Company Legal Name] ("StreaminUK", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

StreaminUK provides access to streaming media content delivered over the internet. We provide login credentials that let you access the service on supported devices and applications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are sold as one-time payments for the plan length you choose. Prices are shown on our prices page and include any applicable taxes. There is no auto-renewal; you choose whether to renew when a plan ends.

4. Activation and delivery

Login details are normally delivered by email and WhatsApp within 5–10 minutes of payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and contact number.

5. Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these terms are breached.

6. Your responsibilities

A stable internet connection is required. We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet provider, hardware, or third-party applications. Recommended speeds are set out in our FAQ.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Content, channels and features may change, be added or be removed at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

10. Intellectual property

All trademarks and brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners. References to third-party devices or apps are for compatibility information only and do not imply affiliation (see our Disclaimer).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and the courts of [England and Wales] have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with the revised date above.
